"Wings of Time" is another painting in my 'atmospheric' series.  The inspiration for the design came from a

dried casing that had once held a Gladiola bulb,

protecting it until it could bloom.

It was so beautifully intricate and delicate even

though it was approaching disintegration. 

It made me reflect on the passage of time and

how time builds and time destroys,

but there is beauty in all stages.
